Home to a couple preparing to retire, this untouched 1950's house was updated to support them as they grew older.

The refreshed layout and interior design updates resulted in a bright and reimagined space, marrying new interior finishes with the living room's original hand-laid hardwood. Ian provided custom millwork and modern lighting design. The redesign reinforced the kitchen as the heart of the home, giving connection to the outdoor living spaces and lower level.
