This tenant improvement inspired a new identity for all future branches of the Khalsa Credit Union. Ensuring the space was bright, and welcoming, while navigating strict functional and security requirements, the design was able to create a modern space within the business’s budget.

The long service desk was creatively positioned in a narrow building footprint, angling to anchor the teller stations for greeting customers and providing ample space for queuing. This subtle shift sets the tone for a more approachable, customer-focused experience while providing view lines from office spaces to the more public service areas.
