Primont Residence

To support independent aging in place for a homeowner and his beloved dog, this townhouse main level was re-envisioned to provide a more open, accessible layout with room for maneuverability. An at-grade patio was introduced to extend the living space outdoors without barriers, offering a safe and inviting place to relax. The project thoughtfully integrates a small residential elevator to provide access between levels.

Featuring extensive custom millwork, the tailored design provides access and an abundance of storage while allowing for the openness of the more public areas of the home. Durable, heated tile flooring on the main level adds both warmth and comfort underfoot, ensuring the space meets practical needs while providing a welcoming feel.
