This facility in Richmond transformed a commercial unit into a high performance training facility for junior hockey players. The volunteer-run VMHA provides opportunities for players to train all year round and overcome the challenges of trying to book ice time at local arenas.

The heart of the space is a synthetic ice area allowing for coaching and technical drills. Supporting spaces provide off-ice training areas through a weightlifting facility, and changing amenities.
